Vibrant Life Director
Alisha Cloninger is the Vibrant Life director at Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick. She was born in Richland, Washington, and spent eight years traveling the U.S. after graduating. In 2017, Alisha replanted herself in the Tri-Cities and started working as a housekeeper at Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick. She worked her way up to becoming the receptionist and then Vibrant Life assistant. She accepted her current position in November of 2018.
Business Office Director
Samantha Tyner has served as the business office director here at Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick for three years. She originally began her career as a housekeeper, and this is where she fell in love with the daily interactions she had with the residents. Then, Samantha spent the next six years as the housekeeping supervisor before transitioning into her current role as business office director. Samantha has had the pleasure of growing with this community and looks forward to coming in to work every day. Throughout the years, she has learned a great deal from the residents and has an immense amount of respect for them.
Outside of work, Samantha has been married for 10 years and loves the outdoors. Her favorite activities include downhill mountain biking and paddle boarding. When she’s not at work, she is usually on her bicycle or paddle board.
Building Services Director
Rick Cleavenger joined Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick as the building services director in September of 2017. He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army with over 15 years of experience in building management. Rick believes he has the best job ever, because he gets to come to work for the people who helped shape this country. Rick and his wife have been married for over 30 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mindy Ross has been a part of the Solstice team since June 2018. She has 10 years of experience in the senior living industry as both a sales director and an executive director. With Mindy’s experience and expertise, she is able to assist new residents and their families with all aspects of the move-in process.
Culinary Services Director
Patrick Williams has cooked in retirement communities for almost 15 years. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in 2006. He loves to make people happy with his food and to spend as much time with his family as he can. Patrick is married to his high school sweetheart. Together, they have two daughters, Isabella and Temperance, a son, Greyson, two Malamute Huskies, and a cat. He was born in Prosser, Washington, but has lived in Kennewick since the age of 4.
