Samantha Tyner serves as the executive director of Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick, where she has been working for nine years. After beginning her journey as a housekeeper, Samantha fell in love with the residents and soon became the housekeeping supervisor for six years. She then transitioned to the Business Office director for four years prior to becoming the executive director.
Samantha continues to love coming to work every day and credits her residents and staff for making each day amazing. She loves growing with the community and learning from her residents – she has a deep respect for them.
Samantha has been married for 10 years and is either downhill mountain biking or paddle boarding when not at work.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mindy Ross has been a part of the Solstice team since June 2018. She has 10 years of experience in the senior living industry as both a sales director and an executive director. With Mindy’s experience and expertise, she is able to assist new residents and their families with all aspects of the move-in process.
Business Office Director
Jennifer Keplinger is the Business Office director for Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick. Jennifer has a passion for senior care and found her calling over 13 years ago when she accepted a temporary receptionist position that grew into a career she absolutely loves. She relocated with her family to the Tri-Cities in the summer of 2019 from Yakima.
Culinary Services Director
Patrick Williams has cooked in retirement communities for almost 15 years. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in 2006. He loves to make people happy with his food and to spend as much time with his family as he can. Patrick is married to his high school sweetheart. Together, they have two daughters, Isabella and Temperance, a son, Greyson, two Malamute Huskies, and a cat. He was born in Prosser, Washington, but has lived in Kennewick since the age of 4.

Building Services Director
Rick Cleavenger joined Solstice Senior Living at Kennewick as the building services director in September of 2017. He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army with over 15 years of experience in building management. Rick believes he has the best job ever, because he gets to come to work for the people who helped shape this country. Rick and his wife have been married for over 30 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.
